X33 Terms and Conditions – x33 Platform User Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and x33. By accessing, browsing, or using the x33 platform in any capacity — whether as a general visitor or a registered member — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms contained in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms that may apply to specific services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to stop using the x33 platform immediately. x33 reserves the right to amend, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest terms in effect.

Your continued use of the x33 platform after any amendments are published will be deemed as your acceptance of those amended terms. If you disagree with the changes made, please contact our support team or close your account.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use x33 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the account registration date.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is strictly prohibited.
• Not included in any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition issued by any relevant authority.
• Register using true, accurate and complete personal information — including your full name, phone number, email address and valid payment details.
• Has never had their account terminated by x33 previously due to a terms violation.

X33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Documents typically required include a copy of your national ID (MyKad), proof of current address, and bank statements for payment method verification. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.

3 User Account & Security

Each individual is only permitted to own and operate one (1) account only on the x33 platform at any one time. Multiple account registrations — whether under your own name, another person's name, or using different information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds without compensation.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. This includes:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential at all times.
• Do not share your login credentials with any other party, including family members.
• Ensure that the device used to access x33 is secure and free from malware.
• Notify x33 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Update your personal information whenever changes occur to ensure your account records remain accurate.

X33 shall not be liable for any financial loss or damage arising from your negligence in safeguarding your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or any third party who has gained access — will be deemed as activity you have authorized.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

X33 supports a variety of payment methods suitable for users in Malaysia, including online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, as well as Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction.
• All deposits are processed instantly or within a short timeframe depending on the payment method selected.
• X33 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities within the x33 platform and cannot be transferred to other users.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to x33's anti-money laundering policy.
• Withdrawals will only be processed once your identity verification (KYC) has been fully completed.
• Any active bonus that has not met its wagering requirement will prevent withdrawals from being processed until that requirement is fulfilled.
• X33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

X33 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to registered members, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, spin rewards, and various prize challenges that are updated regularly. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the total deposit plus bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you are required to wager 20 times the combined deposit + bonus amount).
• The expiry period for each bonus is as stated in the respective promotion's terms. Unused bonuses will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• X33 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if there is any indication of abuse, fraud, or system exploitation.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.

The x33 VIP Program is based on cumulative wagering activity. Eligible members will be automatically upgraded based on their gaming activity. Each VIP tier offers different benefits including higher cashback, enhanced withdrawal limits, exclusive bonuses, and access to a personal account manager. x33 reserves the right to adjust VIP benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

6 Game Rules & Wagering

All games available on the x33 platform — including Live Casino, slots, fish shooting, and sports betting — are subject to the specific rules governing each respective game. In general, the following rules apply to all game types on x33:

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is strong evidence of a technical error that can be verified by x33.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, x33 will use server logs to determine a fair outcome. Bets affected by a technical disruption on x33's end will be refunded to the member's account.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed in the respective game interface.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence algorithms to play games is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the games must be reported to x33 immediately. Deliberate exploitation will be treated as fraud.

For sports betting games, x33 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of odds errors, confirmed sports fraud, or postponed or cancelled events in accordance with the relevant sports rules. x33's decision in such matters is final.

7 Acceptable User Conduct

As an x33 member, you agree to use the platform in a responsible and ethical manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action including account closure:

• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the x33 platform.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account without valid authorisation.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using a VPN, proxy server or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Spreading false information, defamatory content, or illegal material through any communication channel on the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving abusively towards x33 support staff or other members.
• Engaging in any activity that may compromise the security, integrity or reputation of the x33 platform.

X33 operates an always-on monitoring system to detect any suspicious activity or breaches of our terms. If your account is identified as being involved in a terms violation, x33 reserves the right to take immediate action, including temporary suspension, investigation, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

X33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmed fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to submit KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Upon request by the relevant authorities or by court order.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, x33 reserves the right to forfeit all unused bonuses and withhold pending withdrawals until the investigation is complete. Any legitimate fund balance (not involved in fraudulent activity) will be returned to you via your original payment method once the investigation concludes and the refund is confirmed.

You also have the right to close your own account at any time by contacting the x33 support team. Prior to closure, ensure all active bonus wagering requirements have been met and there are no pending withdrawals. x33 will process voluntary account closures within the stipulated timeframe.

9 Liability Limit & Disclaimer

The x33 platform and all services provided are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While x33 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, technical errors, or unexpected downtime.

• X33 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, third-party payment errors, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• X33 is not responsible for the content or services provided by third-party game providers, even if those games are accessible through the x33 platform.
• Any dispute regarding game outcomes must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the incident. Disputes submitted after this period will not be entertained.
• X33's total liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the actual deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the submission of the claim.

10 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

X33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or registered email. The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page with a clear update date.

Your continued use of the x33 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the amendments take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the x33 platform that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration. You agree that any claim must be submitted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed removed from these terms while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
